Very bad customer service. Made me wait for 2 hours locked outside of the house. Every time I called them they said someone will be there in 10-15 mins and after 2-3 times they stopped picking up my calls too. Talked to me so rudely and would just hang up calls on me. Unacceptable behavior towards customers. Talked to two people Abigail and David, very rude people.

Easy process at the kiosk. Unfortunately we are not told before hand if a particular key was unavailable. But, I had time and so went through with order, which was delivered to my home. If you need a key immediately, make sure the machine has the type you need in stock, before completing order. Rest of the process and experience has been outstanding.
