All but one style of key worked (4 out of 5), and for the one that didn't work in the lock (mailbox key), the customer support team was great about refunding my charges. I am new to the app and the service. I signed up, and uploaded images of my 4 keys, plus I visited a kiosk to get my office security fob uploaded as well. After ordering sets of my keys via mail order, all worked except for the mailbox key. I then visited a kiosk to have the mailbox key directly scanned at the kiosk and cut there, but unfortunately that one didn't work either. A small key with many cuts, so I can't say that I'm surprised. I have no complaints however, as in both cases,, via mail order or via the kiosk, the charges for the keys that didn't work were immediately refunded to my credit card. I wholeheartedly recommend this company, their smartphone app and their kiosks.
