I needed to change the old lock on the door to a stockroom closet. He replaced it quickly, and you can't tell the other one had to be indifferent. I left a message for locksmith, and he called me back after few hours. His services charge was very reasonable and I would suggest him to anyone who needs a locksmith.

اتصلت بهذه الشركة يوم الثلاثاء أسأل إذا كان بإمكانهم مساعدتي في إصلاح مشكلة لدي مع القفل على باب مكتبي. طُلب مني جميع معلوماتي وقيل لي أنني سأتلقى مكالمة هاتفية من أحد فنّيهم. لم يتصل بي أحد يوم الثلاثاء. اليوم، الأربعاء اتصلت مرة أخرى في الساعة 4 مساءً. بعد أن تم نقلي إلى وكيلين مختلفين، قيل لي أخيرًا أنهم لا يستطيعون مساعدتي. عندما سألت، لماذا لا يستطيعون مساعدتي، تم قطع الاتصال بي. عمل غير مهني تمامًا. تجربة رهيبة! لا داعي للقول إنني لن أتصل بهذه الشركة مرة أخرى أبدًا.
