Never used automated key making service prior to this. Having teenage grandkid along sped up the process. Key blanks are pricey and I needed 2 sets of 2 keys. However, receiving a 3rd key free for each set made it more reasonably priced. I later found out that had I had a store employee cut me keys in store in the traditional manner, it would have cost approximately $1.25 less per key for the four keys I paid for. The automated process was relatively quick and you pay at the machine, so stop and go pretty quick with this located at the front of the store.

Devin was great, I bought 10 keys for my new office building. The first batch did not fit the lock, I took them back and no questions asked I received 10 new ones and they all work great!
