Wow. Just. Wow. Reached a call center and they took my information and a local locksmith called me back within minutes HOWEVER, he quoted me almost twice as much as another locksmith and when I said, “oh wow I’ll pass because another locksmith can do it for half the price.” Before I could even say thank you for calling back so quickly, he hung up. Other places returned my call and kindly thank me for considering them and wished me a good day. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE goes a long way.

If I could give zero stars I would, I called this company to try and get an estimate for what it would be to come unlock my front door because I was locked out with My four-month-old twins, and they told me it would be $30 for the technician to come out and then the actual unlocking starts around $30 you know I thought fine around $60-$100 only my bottom lock on my front doors locked it shouldn’t be hard to get open. The technician called and says he’s five minutes away, took him 30 minutes to get here that’s fine whatever I just wanted to get inside my house with my twins so he unlocks my front door within two seconds with what looked like A blood pressure cuff. Then charged me $160, if both my locks had been locked and the job was really complicated maybe I would’ve understood this I get that I’m paying for you know a service but $160 for a job that took him two seconds and no effort is really absurd don’t go with this company unless you wanna be ripped off because then I called customer service and they let their technicians set their own prices.
