I was just trying to get info about my key fob the guy that was there wasn't really try to help I told him that my key stop working and to see if her can reprogram my key fob he suggested that I change the battery i told her that I did so he pot a new battery in cause he claimed it was the wrong one when I get a new battery yesterday from autozone he put it in and the remote still didn work and he charged me 20 for a battery that was only 5 something from autozone saying thats it was the wrong one when it was the same I felt ROB by this guy, he was any Heavyset white guy their who worked this morning. Please don't fo here in my opinion they just trying to get over on u at least he did and he acted like if I didn't pay I could get my keys back from him so I paid when I felt like I shouldn't but I didn want him to call the cops on me for not wanting to pay. Very bad experience
