So i went there today and the women that was working towards closing was the nicest person ever! She helped me and my girlfriend with a new Key fob for our vehicles and did the job super quick! I was actually very amazed on how quick we were in and out! AutoZone had us waiting for like 1 hour with no solution to our problem and she did it literally in less then 5 min! Someone give that women a raise!!!

This was the first time using waco lock and key and I will be a faithful customer .They got here before estimated time Roger who came out was awesome a attitude he was super fast and he was actually cheaper than they had gave me on the phone so that was a good outcome .Thanks you guys ☺️like I said NEW CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!USE TO BE POP A LOCK BUT THIS COMPANY IS SO MUCH BETTER AT EVERYTHING .THANKS ROGER YOU DID A GREAT JOB👌

Rodger was amazing. Not only did he promptly get my door open, but he found the combination for my keypad in my truck so that if I ever get locked out again, I can get back in. My family bought this truck off of someone who also didn't know the passcode for this keypad, so for him to find it and teach me was above and beyond his call of duty. Good people, good service done the right way. Thank you for blessing me this morning!
