Scheduled an online appointment with Batteries Plus Bulbs for a phone repair and received confirmation. Tried to call the next morning as I had a few questions about the repair beforehand. No one answered so I thought that they might be busy and went to the location. No one answered because the store was closed an hour later than their posted hours. Came back at my scheduled appointment time and was advised that the head technician wouldn't be in for another two hours and the person there was not certified to make phone repairs. Since I had an appointment, I asked what they were doing for the scheduled appointments that day (i.e. moving them, rescheduling, etc. and how long he thought the phone repair would take once the technician was in. He said that he didn't know, that he didn't even know if they had the part that they needed for my repair (even though I had gotten a confirmation) and that I would just need to come back in a couple of hours. Made it seem very SOL. Went across the street to FIXIT Mobile who has ALWAYS been able to have my phone repaired the same day. Was one of the first ones there that morning and FIXIT Mobile had my phone repaired in 90 minutes. So, not sure about Batteries Plus Bulbs. Maybe someone's grandma died or something, but the customer service was really poor and the way the situation was handled definitely could have been better - like offering to call when the technician was in or offering to reschedule for later in the day. Being experienced in customer service, these are the minimal things that one should be offering. To their credit, the head technician did call me 2.5 hours later to let me know that they didn't have the part needed for the repair and they would need to order it in. At which point I advised that my phone had already been fixed and they didn't need to worry about it. No apology for the abysmal service or not honoring their appointment times though.

Definitiv anrufen, bevor Sie die Reise antreten, um sicherzustellen, dass sie sich an ihre regulären Geschäftszeiten halten.

Greg war super hilfreich! Er machte eine ziemlich stressige Situation zu einem Kinderspiel! Sehr freundlich, professionell und kümmerte sich zeitnah um meinen Schlüsselanhänger. Er ist dein Mann! Ganz zu schweigen von dem tollen Preis. Ich werde definitiv zurückkommen!

Erstaunliche Erfahrung: super hilfsbereites Personal. Mitch half mir mit einer seltenen Batterie für mein Notlicht. Ich hatte zuvor ein Jahr lang nach dieser Batterie gesucht... ja... ein Jahr! Ich habe sogar überlegt, sie vom Hersteller (UK) zu beziehen... aber der Versand ($$$!!) ... Sicher, ich hätte es online bestellen können (*eine* Person hatte es auf eBay oder Amazon oder so.) ABER ich ziehe es vor, meine lokalen Geschäfte zu unterstützen. Die Erfahrung mit den Layton Batteries + Bulbs war erstklassig. Sehr hilfsbereit und geduldig. Mitch und Greg (?) omg ich bin so schlecht - ich habe seinen Namen total vergessen und habe gerade mit ihm gesprochen (Entschuldigung!!) Nun, sie sind großartig!
