I locked myself out of my apartment in Bel Air and called. Someone came to my home in the exact amount of time he said he would - only 25 minutes. The opening of the lock only took 5 minutes max. For that, I am extremely thankful and impressed. The only downside is that it was $160. I have never needed to have this done before so I don't know what to compare it to.

The machine is super easy to use! You insert your original key into the slot, follow the touch screen instructions, then swipe your card to pay! I purchased 2 keys and got a third one free! It all took less than 5 minutes! I recommend to anyone, and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Keys had to be ordered after kiosk determined that it was a special key that needed to be made by a key smith. Delivery was relatively fast and keys worked flawlessly. Would definitely use them again should the need arise.

I needed a copy of a master lock key and this kiosk was able to do so. It sticks a little bit, but works and will most likely loosen up over time. It was very simple to use and delivered to me on time since the specific key wasn’t stocked in the machine. Will definitely use this again over Home Depot if needed.

I am in Bel Zaire and called on Monday about repairing a lock and latch in a sliding door at home. I was told someone could be at the house on Wednesday at 3 but not later. I left work early on Wednesday to get home by 3, called at 3.30 when no one showed, and was told that no one was coming out because the local office for my area was 70 miles away in Washington DC installing cameras. They said no one could some out until Friday. So, they clearly don’t respect people’s or keep commitments. I could have been called and stayed at work but I had to call them. Seems the size of the job means more than the commitment.

The work was done the same day we called! Yeah. Rick did the work and he was wonderful. Called when he got to the property and explained the issue and what needed to be done. Fixed it and then called again to let us know the repair had been made. He even sent pictures when he was done. We are very satisfied with everyone at the company! Highly recommend them.
