I used the KeyMe machine in Kroger - my key was unusual, so it had to be mailed to me. I received it quickly and at a very reasonable price. The quality was excellent, and I have since used the KeyMe machine 3 more times. Excellent quality, fast service, good price - what more could you ask for? I give KeyMe 5 Gold stars!!

I always go here first no matter how big or small the item is. Jim and the staff at Pleasants are always on hand to provide insight, alternatives, tricks and general knowledge about most any job. If you go the Home Depot or Lowes first, you should second guess who wants your business more.

Using this kiosk was VERY easy and the key was a great match! I will definitely be using this method for new keys!

We made 3 sets of 3 keys each. The entire process took about 25 minutes. The keys worked fine though we were skeptical. The duplicating process itself was painless enough but the receipt process and online saving of the keys was a disaster. I use Google maps all the time and worked in IT for 35 years. Once home, after 30 minutes of trying to select my store location (not sure why that was necessary) I gave up and deleted the app (which I really didn’t want to download in the 1st place). Having to go through the entire process for each key was time consuming and not getting my Military discount from Lowes was disappointing. I may go to Home Depot the next time for keys and hope to interact with a live person….
