I needed my vehicle towed home and the lady was friendly on the phone. The driver was also friendly and quick. Excel towing arrived within 10 mins. Another company told me 2 hrs which was ridiculous. Thank you Excell for providing excellent customer service skills.

So. My Drive shaft broke in my big rig. Right in the middle of town. And excel towing showed up way sooner than usual towing services. And I was meeted with a smile and immediate help with experienced knowledge to find out what was wrong. And then Mr. MARVIN. Had great social skills, and was courteous on the ride to the shop. Once at the shop. Let me tell u this man can back up a double set. Like he been doing it his whole life. I say. He needs a raise. Even if it isn't a huge raise. I still say he needs more than a pat on the back and good job speech.

Colt was the driver that took care of my car and suggested some helpful tips for my insurance.
