Great neighborhood hardware store. Also the stuffs are very professional and also friendly. Just the parking space is a little congested but right beside the store there is Lokoil gas station so parking is not much of an issue.

I was wary about how the key making process would work with KeyMe, but I was pleasantly surprised and in 2-3 minutes I had my key :)

Keys were made fairly quickly. I like the safety feature of the fingerprint scanner but it didn't work for me. The keys worked- the plastic covered one was a little harder to get in the lock--a little too thick, but still usable in a pinch as a back up key. I'm waiting for my new apartment keys to be mailed to me after a third time using these kiosks.

I immediately realized what a lifesaver it can be when my electronic keypad failed and my child had no way to get inside the house. While I was at work, I was able to share my key with her, to be picked up at a kiosk 2 blocks from our house. Magic!

SOOOO incredibly quick and easy. One key had to be mailed as it wasn't a standard key. It didn't fit when I got it, I called, they reimbursed me quickly and on the second try it worked! Amazing customer service and EASE!!!!!!!!
