Highly recommend. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We called because we had both keys stolen for a '12 Explorer which left us with a useless vehicle sitting in the driveway. Was told she would call back with an estimate, but that it would be around a week to get us on the schedule. The office called back within a half an hour with the estimate and that they could squeeze us in on the next business day. Doug just left our house and left us with 2 working keys and my wife said he is possibly the nicest man she has ever met. Great service, great price, and great people to work with.

Mary was very nice and easy to speak with and she set me up with Don who could help us with an over 100 year old family safe that we needed to get into. Don came to the house, gave me options, was very knowledgeable about very old safes like ours and just when we thought we would have to take a lot of time and money to get the safe open, while tinkering with it he got it open for us! He knew exactly what to look for and how to adjust our combination to open this vintage safe and saved us hundreds if not thousands of dollars and time by getting this open for us.
