Had used Henley's Key service for a long time. Something has changed in their management. Had to re-key one of our properties and the tech messed up the job and the tenant has been unable to lock their door from the inside. I asked for a different tech, they said the original one "had" to be the one to repair the gaffe. It also implied that it was up to him when he would be back to repair it. After more than half dozen no-shows for appointments to fix this mess - they promised they would be there today, and no surprise - no show again. Can't be trusted anymore. Time to find a new locksmith - you should too.

I used to come here all the time and they were always fair... this last time around a brought a coded lock cylinder to have a key made and it cost nearly over $50 to have a key made. That's too much for a coded key in my opinion. I didn't fuss, I just paid it and decided I'll never do business there again. I would like to note that a couple years back I took the very same lock in to have a coded key cut... it took 5 min and cost 1/3 as much.
