Our fully loaded Expedition broke down on a country road outside of Sedalia yesterday. Thankfully, we got to an area with cell service before the car died. AAA dispatched our heroes, In Motion Towing!! They arrived promptly, and were kind, friendly, professional and made sure we all arrived safely back in Kansas City - 110 miles away!!! It was such a breath of fresh air - having someone who takes pride in their work and in taking care of people when they need help! Locksmith was 7 hours late for job, charged $100 more than what was quoted over the phone, and one of the knobs you have to push up on now in order to get the key to fit in. When I called them to complain, nobody ever called me back.
