It's most likely a scam. Called them, said you have to pay via debit/credit card. Fine, got transferred, the one who replied was annoying and slow as hell, took 5 minutes just to get my name right. After I already told him that my car is running and a I need service fast. I don't know why he insisted on getting my name right. Then another 10 mins to just get the address right. Asked me five times to repeat the address, the names of the city, the zip code. Then asked my cars make and Model. I give it to him and he asked me to spell that!! He doesn't know how to spell a popular car brand!! then asked me to give them my card number. I hang up. Called another service got done in under 2 mins, and somebody was at my door in 15 mins.
