I couldn't get in the front door of my home due to a jammed entry button. I called AAA after I unsuccessfully tried to reach another well known lock & key company. AAA answered right away and I didn't have to go through automated prompts. After I explained my issue, they arrived within 10 minutes. Not only did he get the door opened, he replaced a couple of parts which actually saved me from replacing the entire handle & lock.

I needed to have the Bike Carrier for my roof rack unlocked. The carrier was given to me but the keys had been lost. David had both locks opened in less than 10 minutes, then educated me as to how to put the locks back together once I ordered new keys from the manufacturer. Great experience all around. 10/10 I highly recommend these guys for any of your lock needs... after going to multiple places and getting prices on what it would be to get locks fixed on my camper top , other companies told me that I would have to buy a new camper top (approx $3000) or buy the new handle assemblies (approx $90 ea) but when I came here they fixed me right up! Come to find out all had to do was switch out the locks (approx $10 ea). Not only did they cut me a deal they even fixed and showed me how to do it myself! The overall experience was fantastic, when I came here looking for help they didn’t see me as cash out but as someone who needed a hand! I will continue to do business with them!!
