Im a retired General Contractor who just bought a house in Fortuna. I came here for a small piece of wood for my mailbox. Gina the customer service rep behind the counter was rude seems she didnt have the time to even listen to what I needed. I was going ask about lumber prices for 275 ' of fence I need to build as well as my home improvements. I refuse to do business with bad attitudes. Ill take my business to Eureka.

Called first thing in the morning needing a new key made with a chip so it also needed to be programmed. They said they would try and fit me in after their appointments were finished at 2pm. At 2:30 they called and said they could be there in a few. The job was done quickly and I was able to drive home within an hour. Also heard a couple new jokes and got some very useful advice. I definitely would recommend this business. Thanks!

I purchased a used car that had a well- worn key. They advised me of how to get the key code from the local dealership. With that, they were able to make new keys and program them. They made sure that the new keys worked in all of the locks on the car as well as the ignition. Helpful as always. Prompt. Courteous.
