I actually went to AutoZone for windshield wiper fluid my Hubby an I and when we got to the register that's when my Husband seen the machine Keyme. We decided to try and see if we could duplicate our broken and taped up key card for our building and it worked. At first we were like wait what...bcuz it came out in the shape of a key. So when we got to our building we were excited to try it out and what do you know it worked perfectly. Glad we went to Auto Zone. Thanks KeyMe for having your kiosk machine in their store.

Let’s just spell this out.. they offer a convenient key making service for an affordable price where you get the keys ASAP. My experience was as follows: The price: FAIL. was over $10 for a small padlock key. I recently Had one made from a hardware store for $1.50 Convenience: FAIL I needed the key ASAP so I went to a keyMe vestibule. Once I finished the transaction no key was dispensed. I was informed after the transaction that it wipe her mailed to me. I went to another hardware store to have a key made. Quality of product: FAIL When I finally received the key five days later, it didn’t work. I immediately asked for a refund. Customer service: FAIL “We’re sorry your key didn’t work. We will get a refund soon. What was wrong with the key”. Ridiculous. Four days later I received a refund. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Will NEVER USE AGAIN.
