i used the Minute key at Lowes to make my own keys and found it super fast and no waiting. I made a copy of two keys and got a discount for making extra copies. I was able to choose custom key blanks and at the end I was able to store digital copies that I can make copies from in the future. All the keys worked too. I had to make a copy of another key a few days later when I was at Home Depot and had to stand and wait for someone to come make the key and a second copy was the same price as the first. I saw the machine offered to let me store a digital copy but the associate said that only applies if I had downloaded an app and registered. I will definately use MinuteKey next time I need a copy.

Called them on Monday to make a replacement key for my sons car. They made numerous appts with us & we waited HOURS each time for them to show 5 days in a row! Only to be told 4 days in a row that they don’t have the tools with them & need to reschedule. Now on 5th day, 2 1/2 hrs late they FINALLY SHOW!! Horrible service!!! I would like to give them zero stars but it won’t let me.

I had called for 2 new keys to a truck where we had lost them. A gentleman had come out, made the keys, but couldn't program them. So we replaced the fuse that the guy thought was wrong. That fuse wasn't bad, but to make sure we changed it anyway. So another service call for them to try and program the 2 keys. Second gentleman couldn't figure it out. I even called my mechanic who had suggested this company and they talked. Still no working key. So now, 2 months later, we have paid this company $216.68 that does include a 10%military discount, and we still have 2 keys that do not work. And this company says no refunds. They specifically said that the money was paid for the travel to Navarre and labor/parts. Nothing to do with 2 working keys. Now, my 91 yr old father, living on a fixed income, is out of his money and they will not do anything to help. Definitely not recommended
