I have been going to this location for over 10 years, 5 Star service Every time. This last Weekend, We ordered a Battery on line, But the store location was incorrect. When we arrived we were advised we would have to go to the other store. 4:45PM on a RAINY Saturday. We were tired. Matt was just Great Rectifying the Situation. Left Very Happy with our New Battery. The Customer Service by Matt and All his Associates I recommend to All.

The store manager Matt, provides amazing customer service. He is very knowledgeable of the products and is thorough with his explanations. Plus, he is very friendly. He creates a positive environment for those around him. I've been in the store twice in the last week and both interactions have been very pleasant.

Have been into this store a few times now for a multitude of reasons and it’s one of those few places that makes you feel like you matter. The manager (I’m assuming, I’ve seen him there every time I’ve been there) is very friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the customers there. Above and beyond service

I went to my cell carrier for a check on my battery. I had a bad one and needed to replace it. I made my way to Batteries Plus. To say I was intimidated is an understatement. The male manager had me wait until he wasn't busy. Then a young woman came to help me. She was cheerful and friendly. She explained everything to me and even gave me a discount on my battery. I was happy to have a new battery and a reason to return. She saved me from walking out the door. She deserves a raise.
