Horrible experience. I needed a spare key for a Ford ranger. I brought the key in I was told they were out of stock of the key I needed. They had me leave a name and number to call when it became available. It would cost $74.90 they didn't need the vehicle to program key. 2 weeks later no call. So I call they say we should have it come on in. They made my key. The key only works 1 out of 10 turns. I take it back. Lady says I can reprogram it but that's how it is going to be unless you pay $40 to program different. So she reprograms key @$74 price. still the same problem. Go back and ask for a refund. I'm told I'm stuck with the key the only way to make it work is pay more money. I've never had a key that takes 10 times to crank a vehicle. No way they are scamming me out of more money. Buyer beware seems like a scam to me.
