Great selection, fairly decent prices although some of the batteries are exorbitant, and friendly, knowledgeable sales clerks. Although I do have to say that on my recent visit trying to get a replacement battery for my UPS, when the clerk went into the stockroom to get the battery, he came out at first and said he was out of stock. Then he tried to upsell me into a battery more than twice the price that he said would work ($42 instead of $20), and I told him I'm unemployed and can't afford that. Then he goes back into the stockroom and comes out less than 30 seconds later and says, "I found one." Mercenary capitalism at its finest. So the moral of the story, children, is that in retail you have to always watch your back and always watch your crack, and never fall for any ruthless dirty tricks from sales clerks who want to boost their sales reports and their daily revenues.

The customer service at the store is unsurpassed. Jim, the manager was very helpful in resolving an issue that I had. Even though the problem was not the fault of batteries plus, Jim went out of his way to rectify the issue. I would definitely do business with them again. Thanks Jim!

The staff here is helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. I expected to have to wait quite some time to have my keyfob battery replaced, but I was in and out of this location in under ten minutes. They have a wide variety of batteries, bulbs of all kinds, various small electronics accessories. I would recommend this store to anyone that has a need for any kind of batteries, bulbs or mobile device repair. Of course the pricing may be a bit steep but as in all things, you get what you pay for.
