The keys when they came out they had pieces of metal hanging in areas of the keys with sharp edges , very harmful for delicate hands, but in my case I just pulled of the pieces of metal, then as I checked them on my door they worked.

Couldn’t even use the service, spent Luke 10 min talking to a representative to just get hung up on after them asking for a ton of info. Just disappointed to be honest.
