We had the pleasure of dealing with Max. He was courteous and professional from initial phone call to actually coming in and cutting a key and programming a new car fob. Within 24 hours was able to order fob, overnight deliver, call and had us come in. College age daughter had to get back to school for exam. Very friendly and efficient. Love them!!!!

Atmosphere was amazing. I went to get a key replacement because I thought my key fob was done for but he was able to use my chip and recreate my key. I also bought a new key and it was even faster than the replacement. I was amazed at the fast and respectful service I received. I’m not normally a reviewer, but David from American Lock and Key gets 6 out of 5 stars. A house key was stolen on a Saturday afternoon. He offered to rekey the house as soon as he finished a current job. He was timely, communicative, responsive, friendly, and efficient. The great weekend service was much appreciated.
