Besides being overwhelmed with my accident I had to deal with this company and their lack of information with costumer.

I understand one of my car was towed for a reason but, rude employees. Major unprofessional attitudes when dealing with them. Secondly, greasy handprints left on my vehicle, top corner of driver door is now out of alignment, beware of zero accountability from this service provider.
