I ordered and paid for a door for my house. I received a call that it was in on Friday. They weren’t open Saturday when I had a truck available to pick it up. By Tuesday, when I could pick it up, they couldn’t find the paperwork. When asked to look it up on the computer, they wouldn’t. They weren’t able to contact the salesperson who sold it to me. When shown a picture of the receipt from my phone, they finally were willing to go to the computer to look it up and found the paperwork. But then they couldn’t find the door. They did offer to let me do their job and go out into their yard and look for it myself though. How do you lose a door in 2 business days?? I wanted to buy local and support my local businesses instead of the big box stores. This experience has left much to be desired. Catherine Fraser Mahaney
