Owner's son told me my key I bought from Amazon was a reject key from Toyota and was sold on Amazon and said they could make no promises that they could cut the key correctly and the key could possibly stick in the ignition or not work at all. I immediately drove over to Toyota told them the situation and said they would cut me a key, give me a code and I could take the Amazon key to to any reputable locksmith and they could take the Amazon key and have it cut correctly. So I now have to find a reputable keysmith that won't BS me. I've been doing business with these people for over 18 years. Now I have to find a reputable locksmith.

The tech was great although he wasn't able to make the key for the ignition switch he did make one that fit my door and didn't even charge me for the service call. I will use them for any future locking or security issues that I have.
