I have used LDA for years and never been disappointed. Today they helped me re key a key I had broken. After visiting another shop in town with and receiving a non working key, I visited LDA and they gladly took care of me. Everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful. They took special care of my key and the key they gave me works better than the original! Very pleased and excited to use them in the future!

Shad came out today to fix a very challenging lock problem that had left us unable to open our front door for some time. He was very personable, chatting with me while he was working. Got the old knob and deadbolt out and installed our new digital bolt very efficiently. He even took the old broken parts away for recycling. Price was very reasonable. 10/10 will do business with again, including requesting Shad if possible.
