I locked my keys in my car this morning at about 6am. I originally called a different locksmith who quoted me $40 and said they were on their way. After waiting almost 3 hours, calling multiple times with no answer, I finally called this place. Dave quoted me $85 (understandable as they would be coming to Moscow from Pullman) and told me 30min. He arrived on time, got my car unlocked in about 5min, and was very professional and friendly. I really wish I would have just called this place first. 10/10

I love the work David and his team does at Palouse Locksmith. I have used them through the years for work as well as my home and even retrieved a broken key in an ignition of a truck I had recently purchased for around $20(with 2 copies made)! you cannot beat the prices for the work done. A great business environment and friendly folks, this is the only locksmith I will ever use on the Palouse! 10/10 recommend.

New to the area and was looking for a locksmith to help me being locked out of my vehicle I called Pullman/Palouse locksmith. He recommended me calling into town where I was closest. I really appreciate that not in really knowing the area businesses. I will definitely stop by when I'm in the Pullman area for our locksmith & key needs. Thanks guys !
