First I have to say I haven’t been in this store. This review is about how HONEST is the owner of this place. Yesterday I lost 1500 dollars outside a store in Redding. When I call them to ask they said the owner of Carol’s Lock & Key found it in the parking lot and brought it inside. I really want to thank whoever you are out there.

i had a worn out door latch on a custom oak front door. Carols was able to scrounge up enough parts that I could make it work again. I did not want to replace the whole latch assembly as it would have left a mark on the outside of the door where the stain would be different. I could not be more pleased.
