Called me just to tell me they couldn’t copy my car key and told me that because it’s discontinued that they no longer work on these cars (Saturn) and also couldn’t give me a suggestion on who could make a copy. It’s not like people aren’t still driving these cars, so what since does it make to just completely forget about Saturn owners?🤷🏽♀️

If I could leave a 0 star I would. My boyfriend locked his keys in his truck and for 3 hours, 6 phone calls (with service hanging up on us twice) we ended up calling another company that gave us a 25 min wait time. Never got a call from the third party they were going to use to come by and unlock the car. Tried asking them to give us a call back directly and they refused. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I was locked out of my condo bc I could not get my key to work. The tech did not understand how my particular lock worked and broke the lock, which then meant having to drill it. An appointment was set up to repair damage to lock and door. A tech showed up once, did not finish, and after repeated attempts for a month I was never able to get anyone to actually show up. Customer service is terrible. If you do decide to use them anyway, be advised that the technicians are untruthfully about appt times. I heard a tech lie to a customer on the phone 2x in the short time the tech was here. That tech, Eddie, also works for Richmond Locksmith, so I'd stay away from them as well.
