Excellent knowledge. Have the exact battery I need each time I go there whatever it may be. ATV, lawnmower, and both vehicles each have batteries from here. Our sales person was more than happy to help change battery out of our vehicle. Even after I declined, he came outside to make sure we got it handled.

I went in batteries plus store with a broken wristband for my watch today(1/24/21) already thinking that they were NOT having the proper pin or something to fix my watch wristband. Ryan Russo the store manager was very professional in helping me to see what he could to help me out on this. He not was able to fix it but he didn't even charge me for the necessary part. Thanks Ryan and I appreciate your help with this. I am looking forward in coming again to this store again for batteries and other things if they have that I may need. Great store and great customer service!!!

I broke my phone screen yet again and called first to see if they had a screen in stock. I spoke with Spencer and he was more than helpful from the second I called, to the second I left the store with a new screen. He had wonderful customer service skills! I rarely write reviews, but I really appreciated how welcoming and nice he was. I have been to other electronic repair shops where the workers are not as friendly and are almost rude. I highly recommend this store! Ask for Spencer!

First time I ordered a battery from Batteries Plus Bulbs via the internet. Absolutely no problem. The unit was available at the Royal Palm Beach store when I arrived the next day. Will use Batteries Plus Blubs as my primary source for batteries.
