Driver didn’t arrive. Called back several times. Finally they said the driver was stuck in traffic and didn’t have any idea how much longer I would have to wait (already 2 1/2 hours!). I asked, “Should I call someone else?” She replied, “Maybe that would be best.” What’s frustrating was that they didn’t seem to care that I was locked out in freezing temperatures (kind of an emergency, don’t you think?) and didn’t prioritize my situation. Very disappointed in their call center!! I did call someone else!!

I would like to say thank you for the excellent service and timely response. I’m in the alarm, camera and audio/video business, but do minimal access control.
