My phone hasn't worked since the screen replacement, working with Verizon support to get a replacement Sim card. Hope that that is all that's wrong. I'm thinking either something was left unplugged, or too much heat was used. As far a personality the counter staff has some work to do. Pretty sure I didn't even make eye contact with the folks I was working with.

Great experience. I brought my wife's Galaxy S10+ in with a broken screen at 6:00 P.M. and Clayton D. had it repaired by just after 7:00 (and that was during what I could tell was a late day rush of customers). He was friendly and professional, and answered any question I had fully and honestly. I'm very happy with the service, the quality of repair, and the speed at which it was done (and that we saved money by not buying a replacement device!) I hope I don't have to get another screen repaired in the future, but if I do I will be coming back here.
