I used the KeyMe machine in Kroger - my key was unusual, so it had to be mailed to me. I received it quickly and at a very reasonable price. The quality was excellent, and I have since used the KeyMe machine 3 more times. Excellent quality, fast service, good price - what more could you ask for? I give KeyMe 5 Gold stars!!

We needed deadlocks on a couple of doors changed in the next couple of days. The owner came that evening and toiled--yes TOILED! in 100 degree heat and humidity until 9:30 that night. The job ended up being much more complicated than it appeared on the surface and he even had to get more parts and come back the next day (although he left a secure, temporary lock in place). All of this, and he adhered to his original bid, despite the fact that WE added to the work order. On top of this, he was ultra-professional as well as personable. Would absolutely recommend!

Absolutely outstanding. Showed up earlier than promised. Chris was very professional, respectful of property, and got the job done very quickly. Price was reasonable, and he really got me out of a bind. I'd definitely call again for any lock services.

I always go here first no matter how big or small the item is. Jim and the staff at Pleasants are always on hand to provide insight, alternatives, tricks and general knowledge about most any job. If you go the Home Depot or Lowes first, you should second guess who wants your business more.
