TERRIBLE service! All I needed was a couple extra keys copied and a new door lock, I called for a simple price quote and they said they would have to call me back. Waited hours and never got a call back. I finally decided to call them again and whoever answered seemed to have an attitude when I asked why it was taking so long to get an answer. I will be taking my business to Home Depot since this place can’t answer a simple question and clearly does not want business.

I felt valued as a customer and received all the help I needed getting the correct battery for my camping trailer. My motorcycle died and after calling and verifying they had a suitable battery, i started to walk the 4 miles to the store. The manager tried to contact me and actually sent out a van looking for me with a charged battery. I was told this upon arriving at the store. No one has gone out of their way to help me like that. Due to issues with my cell phone, we never connected but I will never forget the help that was extended to me.
