The technician they sent to jumpstart my car today did not know how to use the equipment therefore was unable to jump my car. He connected the cables to both my vehicle and his and did not even have the power on in his car. This is all after waiting an hour and a half out in the cold and rain, with my window stuck open. After waiting another hour and a half, another company sent someone that actually knew how to jump a car. I have complained to my insurance company who sent Pop-A-Lock and will insist on never accepting their service again.

Chris is a prince of a guy. We had a safe with a digital lock that stopped working. He spent considerable time on the phone with me trying to troubleshoot, even called the manufacturer and called me back right away. Everyone was snowed in by a storm, but the following day he dug out and came over first thing. He is a pro, fascinating watching him work and all the specialty tools he used. I cannot recommend him highly enough. What a great solution to a lousy problem.
