Did fine, showing up on time. Lock was never quite right and became increasingly difficult to use. Now it cannot be engaged and they want to charge for a service to repair their work.

Really great experience. Mark was on time, knowledgeable, professional and happy to answer all my questions about our repair for a door in our home. He was able to diagnose my issue, repair it and trouble shoot without any mess or damage. Dispatcher was also super nice and worked me in on the same day. Definitely worth the 5 stars. We had several of our locks changed today as well as new deadbolts installed. Mark did an incredible job. He was timely, professional, hardworking, and very skilled. We would recommend!

Mr. Rick was absolutely awesome. He called when he was on the way which I appreciated. When he arrived, I walked him around to show him what needed to be done and he got to work. He took time to explain to me everything he was doing and even showed me how to program my electronic door lock. He was very professional, kind and had a great spirit. I would recommend them to anyone.
