I had lost one of my car keys to my 2008 Ford and didn't want to pay the dealership how much they were going to charge me for a replacement. I ordered two replacement keys online and had a different locksmith cut the keys, but unfortunately he didn't have the right equipment to program the keys to be able to start the engine. But this place had the right equipment and was able to program it for me very quickly for a very reasonable price. I'll definitely be returning to them for all of my locksmith needs in the future.

Place is great, very cozy and has a local home feel. But the best part is that it has great, fast and very well priced service. I made a car key copy at a better price than expected!

Today I went to this business and asked the old man who came up to the counter to copy the Honda ATV key to the Honda ATV blank that I had ordered. The factory key has a plastic skirt to keep water out of the switch it goes in. The man said he would have to remove the metal key shank out of the plastic skirt. The metal key was clearly molded into the plastic. I told the man I paid $23.00 for this key blank and I was not going to let him ruin the new key blank. I carried the key and key blank to the hardware store in Wake Forest. There the clerk cut my key. It works just fine. I worked in a lock shop 40 years ago and know how to cut keys. The man in this locksmith shop obviously is incompetent. I would suggest you take your key duplication elsewhere.

Hands down this Locksmith has the best prices and services. I lost my keyfob and these guys were able to get me the same keyfob for an unbelievable price!!! Other locksmiths were charging more with no keyfob just a regular key 🤦🏽. The gentleman that worked on my truck was very professional. Thank you guys!
