He was hilarious & so personable… felt like we had known him forever! I definitely recommend this locksmith company to absolutely anyone in need of lock repair or replacement.

Easy way to get keys cut. Having the account access to ensure you're never locked out doesn't hurt. Machines where I was need a little maintaining, but it's a minor gripe.

Friendly staff, but only one person working at the sunset store, so i had to install my own battery and have to make another trip to get rid of the old one. At least have two people work each shift. If i have to screw with it, why not buy from amazon? Eh?
