Joe was our driver. It was early and cold and he arrived on time with a great personality. He went above and beyond to be sure that everything was done correctly and flowed smoothly. We even asked him to haul the motor and the transmission at the last minute and he did without a problem. He took good care of our vehicle the whole time he had it. He does a great job maneuvering his vehicle in tight spots. Made our job easier even though the task may have been harder for him. I appreciate you and Thanks again for such great service. I had called multiple other towing companies before call Grand valley but all said that they didn’t have an available drive to help at all. But GV towing was available and sent a drive ASAP. The driver was very kind and helpful. Though it did feel a bit pricey for a lock out but I don’t really have anything else to compare it to. How the driver was great and even gave me a bit of a discount for being a student. So at the end of the day if anything happens in the future I wouldn’t be opposed to calling Grand Valley Towing.

I called Grand Valley Towing because I was stranded with my van. I drove over some rail road tracks and the ball joint broke and also part of the axle assembly. I called Grand Valley Towing and they were there in a matter of 15 minutes. Jesse got my van all hooked up and took it to my mechanic. He was courteous, efficient, and very knowledgeable.
