I called for help very frantically as I was locked out and late for work. They arrived in 12 minutes but I had already managed to pop the lock with a coat hanger. He was so nice. Glad I wasn't late for work. Not at all concerned about the lost revenue. Personal and professional. I'll never use anyone else.

I recently lost my only set of car keys, and I was needing a mobil car lock smith to not only unlock my car, but cut and create a brand new key for me. I have a push start vehicle, that automatically sense the key's presence so it required a little extra work. Jack Buckner at Pop-A-Lock was extremely helpful. He had the key I needed in stock and was able to install it the following morning. He said my car was a little difficult but still got the job done in a timely manner. He even cut me an additional key since the first key he cut was a little hard to utilize to unlock the door. He was extremely professional and kind, I would highly recommend utilizing Jack for all car or lock needs you have!!

If I can give them a zero I would. No experience damaged property never was able to unlock home doors for entry 7am-12pm. Slim Jim was my second call they showed up promptly with tools got me in my home within 10 minutes of arrival no damage property. Use credit card to enter my home $180 later slim jim is the way to go.

I locked my keys in my truck while at work. The woman I spoke to said it would be a hour 40 min wait and it was just a bit over. The guy who came and opened my truck is as super friendly and it was inexpensive. Knowing myself, this will more than likely happen again and I'll definitely be using their service again. 🙂🙂
