I used a kiosk at a grocery store. The key was made quickly and is of good quality.

Loved this machine! We went to a key copier at walmart and it said that my key was unable to be copied but when we tried Keyme it worked perfectly and only took like two minutes for the whole process, and the key worked for my building! Also think it’s super cool that they do vehicle keys. I’m about the get a new jeep so my boyfriend and I will be using it to copy his car and my jeep key as to have access to each other’s vehicles and have a spare key for lock outs or lost keys! Plus they can ‘save your key’ so if you somehow lose you copy you can just run to Kroger or whatever and have a new one made in minutes. Love keyme!

Dealt with this company on two occasions this week. The first time, someone was parked in the spot we pay for. We called and they said it would probably be several hours and that we should just wait and let them know if the car moved. Very disappointed, as that meant we had to find street parking and our expensive spot (in a lot they monitor) was simply not ours for the night. However, we understood maybe they were incredibly busy at 10pm and were experiencing unprecedented levels of towing. A few days later, today, we run down from our apartment because we see they are here towing our car parked in the spot that we pay for. We explained the situation and showed our parking pass (that, admittedly, had not been displayed in the window). He did not care. $150 to release our car on the spot or he can tow it for $350. And we have “two minutes” to run upstairs and grab the money. Tow companies should not operate in the “gotcha!” fashion, trying to squeeze every penny out of people who are PAYING FOR THEIR PARKING SPOT because of a misunderstanding. Their primary focus should be actually removing cars who were parked improperly, like we wanted and did not get from them several days ago. I realize profit is the point of owning a company, but I found this to be incredibly sleazy and shady and greedy to take our money because of a misunderstanding. How lucky for the other residents of the building that he chose our car first and that we noticed because as he began to hook up another car (that then went through the same situation of them running down and paying the $150 to park in the spot that they own), two other apartments moved their cars and avoided the fine. I will make a point to call any other company if I ever need a tow in the future and would be happy to pay higher prices for a company that operates with an ounce more dignity. (Also, apparently Milan, Brewers, and Stadium all operate under the this company as well.)

Great customer service. Came in looking for a part, one gentleman helped me and then called over a colleague when he couldn't find what I needed. I explained my problem and he ended up identifying a solution to my issue that didn't require me to purchase anything. Will absolutely go back for any future hardware needs.

Always excellent service. Knowledgeable. Helpful and creative in solving problems. And, importantly, I've never been treated differently as a woman in a hardware store. A customer for life. Thank you!

Stadium Hardware is not a hardware store: it is a LIFE SOLUTION CENTER! I am so impressed! I visited on Saturday June 12 with an impossible proposition: find a solution for the swelled non-functional oil fill cap on my 35 year old Honda motorcycle. Skip was so helpful and to my great surprise resolved my issue fully! After a quick internet search for solutions revealed nothing, he determined the unusual thread diameter and pitch (metric 24x3), found a die in the shop, and skillfully re-cut the threads on the phenolic device. Wow, in 30 minutes I had a solution in my hands that I expected to take weeks! Hats off to Skip and the Stadium Hardware team for being helpful, skillful, equipped, and so kind to me. I will always go to Stadium Hardware first for all my needs. See you all soon! Regards, Martin Murray

Zach was amazing. I was worried about getting screws for my new license plate. He helped me in no time and put my worries to rest. This place literally is the best and best for our community especially during these difficult times through the pandemic. Thank you Zach!

Stadium Hardware is everything a local store should be. Yesterday, my son decided it would be a great idea to spray paint his hands while working on an art project. He then decided to rub his hands together and well....they stuck. It was a quick mom decision of urgent care or the hardware store and I started with Stadium Hardware. They found a solution that wasn't paint thinner (phew) and took him into the bathroom and sprayed his hands with the solution and wiped all the paint away and got his hands completely clean. The poor guy even got the purple spray paint all over his hands in the process. They were kind, helpful, and absolutely amazing. They knew immediately what to do and helped my son in a way that he was amused and felt totally safe. Every interaction I've had there has been wonderful. No one has ever mansplained or eyerolled at my questions. They are kind, always available to help, and always have an idea of how to help with a project (or a kid with their hands stuck together). I feel so lucky to have them in my neighborhood.
