These men were AMAZING!!!!! Dealership was charging me double and wanted me to pay to have my car towed to them. But Austintown lock and key charged me half the price and they came to my residence where my car was located. They were professional well mannered and even went the extra mile to jump my car so they can finish setting up the key. I’ve been sad and down for days because I was car less. Thank you guys again so much my day has been made. I’ll definitely be back keep up the great work!!!

He showed up about a half an hour after I called him, which was amazing in itself! He then was able to fix my front door lock within 5 minutes! In addition, he is less expensive than the other lock & Key companies in town. Definitely, will call him again. :)

I needed a locksmith to fix an entry door to our building. Everyone that I contacted could not get to me until next week. Unfortunately I could not wait. Although this company was really busy today they squeezed me in on an already busy schedule. Thank you for taking the time to get me taken care of. You have earned our business moving forward.
