This was a waste of my time. I needed a second set of keys for a vehicle, but when I went through the on the KeyMe terminal, it said I needed an attendant to help me complete the process. No explanation was given why. It was 1am at a Walmart, and I did not want to try and find someone to help for a self-service machine. I'm now going to find a brick and mortar key duplication facility to take the guesswork out of the process.

The guy was really grumpy and angry that I was quoted a key price of $175. He said he was loosing money. The key blank is under $50 retail on line so Mr Angry still made $125 for 25 minutes.

Locked myself out of my car at 1030pm. Dog in the car and no spare key. Sweating and thinking the worst I started looking for places online to bail me out. Charity came through for me in the biggest way possible. Gave me honest feedback, warned me about possible complications, but had someone onsite in less than twenty minutes. Despite issues unique to my car they had me unlocked and on my way in less than thirty minutes. Christian who came to unlock my car was great as well. Polite and professional. AMAZING SERVICE. Due to a faulty door knob installed by my poor landlord, the door knob broke locking me inside my 3rd floor apartment with no way out and locking my boyfriend out in 30 degree weather. Instead of taking my money, she face timed me to help me get the door knob off and maintain an entry/exit way from the apartment. She went above and beyond and even offered to write something up for coorporate about the whole situation. I highly recommend this honest company. It is an added bonus how affordable they are (which i never had to figure out). I would give 2048234 stars if I could. CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!!

No answer, mailbox full... For 2 weeks!! Since we made an agreement to re-key my client's entry locks, I have had no response or contact. Charity is unreliable and unprofessional. She seemed legitimate at first...? I would never waste my time on this company. They are a joke! You are the punchline!
