This machine was really cool. My first key didn't scan properly, but you have to hold it in there firmly, and it printed fine the second time I tried it. Hopefully they will refund me. Highly recommended for a quick, easy key copy!

No patience whatsoever!!! He couldn't install the smart lock, said it was defective. I wanted to call the company for help like the directions said. He said no, it's defective. I called anyway and it still was an ordeal, she'd tell use to do something and he would just get so frustrated saying it wouldn't work. Finally we did exactly what she asked and it all went so smoothly and easily. I could have done it in about 10 minutes. He was here for 1.5 hours before I called charged me 185$ for basically nothing!!!

Everything worked good. UX was easy to understand. There where some metal burrs left on the key that did brush right off. I'm not sure if keeping having the system save keys to be later is secure as payment is made via credit card which together could mean an address and key.

The one negative: the fingerprint reader could not read my print. Suggestion: Make the kiosks workable with Apple Wallet from an iPhone.
