I needed 3 copies of my house key and of course they offered one free I paid the $8. And none of the copies came out they got made but when it tossed the key to the exit nothing came out. N ofcourse the first time I didnt get a receipt

Easy to use and understand and keys worked properly. Only thing a little disappointing was the time it took to make the keys. I had to make three and it seemed rather slow. I wanted to have a different key made but it said it wasn't available but could be ordered. I'm not sure if it was out of blanks or what was the problem. I made some of these keys a week before with no problem.
