I’m very hopeful situation – they are listed as a “locksmith,” but are actually just a kiosk inside of a store. If you need a very basic key, you can get it done here. Anything else needs to be sent through the mail and it is actually cheaper to go to a local locksmith and get it done.

I had to visit a second location for the same key copy. I was looking for 3 keys to be made. The first location in our local Walmart was convenient so I made the first set there. Neither of the identical keys were usable. Neither of them worked when I arrived home to open the door. About a week later I remembered that I previously had keys made at Lowe’s. I couldn’t find someone to make them in that department but I did find the same company’s machine that I used in Walmart. I gave them another try and those keys did work when I checked them at home. I gave the company 2 stars for the money loss and the Inconvenience of having to remake the identical keys.
