Very professional and prompt. Richard came out to fix our warehouse bathroom lock and our back door lock as well. The way they treated people that work for them is appalling. My cousin who is disabled worked for Anthony for a short period of time. I guess he could not discriminate against a disabled person. My cousin is a diabetic with a bipolar disorder. Anthony didn’t give him time to have a proper lunch. My cousin could have gone into a diabetic shock. He’s on disability and was only aloud to work a certain amount of hours per week. He tried to make him work past those hours. He is a terrible person to work for.

I went into the store feeling distressed and anxious. The key had broken off in my home safe and I could not access important documents. They were kind, reassuring and got the job done in no time at a quarter of the other prices that I had been quoted.(including having 2 new keys made) I am so happy. I will definitely use them again.

They are super overpriced they take advantage of your situation knowing that you are locked out and when you tell them that we simply want to just change the lock they start telling you that they need to bring extra equipment with them and they need to charge us $95 to just come to you even though they are down the street from my business pathetic, price gouging people I am definitely not a fan of people who take advantage of other people specially when their businesses that done business with them many many times never will I use them again after this incident. Disappointed
